Echo Novas — Digital access passes & membership

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Echo NovasUs platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and Echo NovasUs, LLC, operating under the brand name "Echo NovasUs".

2. Digital access products (utility NFTs)

Echo NovasUs sells digital access passes, memberships, and platform entitlements delivered using on-chain utility NFTs where applicable. NFTs are sold directly by Echo NovasUS, LLC and are not available for secondary marketplace trading through the platform.

NFTs do not represent investments, securities, profit-sharing rights, or financial products. These products are non-financial digital access items; they are delivered and activated instantly upon successful payment and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased, except as stated herein or where mandatory law requires otherwise.

3. Immediate Delivery and Activation

Upon successful payment, your digital access product is: confirmed via email with blockchain verification links; minted as an NFT on the Polygon blockchain within minutes; immediately activated in your account; available for use according to tier benefits. All access is delivered automatically. Due to instant digital delivery, refunds or cancellations are not possible after purchase completion.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Because delivery is instant, we generally cannot offer refunds after purchase completion. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge: we will dispute unjustified chargebacks with evidence of delivery; activation records confirm immediate access was granted; the blockchain transaction hash serves as proof of delivery; the product was delivered immediately and as described. This does not affect statutory consumer rights where applicable.

5. Third-Party Platforms, Liability & Contact

Third-party platforms operate independently. Echo NovasUs provides technical infrastructure only. Services are provided "as is" without warranties. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. For questions: nft@echonovasus.net or legal@echonovasus.net.
